Eli Dorman

> Corporate Director of Communications

I serve as the Corporate Director of Communications for SR Companies, where I oversee communications, branding, media relations, internal communications, and organizational messaging across our family of companies. My role focuses on helping ensure clear, consistent communication both internally and externally while supporting company culture, executive leadership, crisis communications, major events, and brand strategy.

Since joining SR Companies in 2019, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of departments before transitioning into communications, which has given me a broad understanding of our operations and the people who make them successful. Over the years, I’ve helped lead communications efforts surrounding community openings, company conferences, employee engagement initiatives, media relations, storytelling, and organizational communication strategies.

I love seeing our team’s tasks and projects go from merely ideas to being executed in the real-world helping our teams, residents, guests, and partners have an experience like no other.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Florida State University.
